Shipping

Our regular shipping method is FedEx SmartPost. With this service FedEx brings your package to your local area, where USPS makes the final delivery. It's a flat $5.75. 

FedEx Ground Shipping is $6.75 and USPS Shipping is $8.75. Note that shipping time estimates next to our Ground Shipping options are estimates, and do not guarantee delivery in that number of days. 

FedEx Second Day is $8.50. FedEx Next Day rates are calculated based on weight and distance. 

We will also ship your order to a PO Box address with USPS for $8.50. Please note,  FedEx will not ship to PO Boxes. 

Weekday orders placed before 12:00 pm CST will shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm are processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday, or on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday. 

Please note, order processing may be delayed a day or two due to COVID-19, and carriers are experiencing delivery delays due to high volume.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your order, and we will gladly take back items within 21 days of purchase.  If the item has been opened, the return will be limited to no more than 1 pound of any particular item.  If you are uncertain about your purchase, we would strongly encourage you to order samples of the product prior to ordering larger quantites. The exception to this rule is tea samples and any custom blends. Unauthorized returns are also not eligible.  Products that are returned without an RMA number are not eligible for refund, replacement, or store credit. All returns must be authorized via the link below. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.  Return will be in the form of a credit for the original purchase amount less the original shipping.  Alternately, you can request an exchange for a product of equal value.

To begin your return, please contact us via the link below and let us know the order number and the items you wish to return.  We will respond with a RMA number which should be included in the return package along with your contact information.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except returns due to defective products and or shipping errors.

All products, including tea, must be returned in original packaging.
